How much will I pay?
Our management fee is a percentage of your booking revenue, so we only earn when you earn. No hidden fees or upfront costs. We walk you through the full fee structure during your onboarding consultation so there are no surprises.
When does an owner get paid?
Owners receive payouts on a regular schedule after each guest checkout. You'll have access to a dedicated owner portal with transparent reporting that shows your bookings, revenue, expenses, and net income in real time.
What if a guest damages something?
We document the condition of your property before and after every stay. If damage occurs, we handle the claim process through the booking platform's resolution center or our damage protection partners. You're informed every step of the way and we work to resolve it quickly.
